When customers express churn intent, CSMs need a structured process to respond. This Blueprint enables a strategic approach to identify root causes, align on recovery steps, and work toward retaining the account.
High-Level Strategy
This Project guides CSMs through a save motion with defined steps from root cause analysis to resolution:
- Diagnose the root cause and involve internal stakeholders
- Host a customer alignment call to understand their perspective
- Create and action on a recovery plan
- Track progress and show ROI to the customer
- Document resolution or conduct a post-mortem if lost
