Vitally works with agencies, consultants and SIs supporting customers who are looking to scale or improve the operational efficiency of their customer success organizations by improving access to data, technology, and automated workflows.
How do I qualify for the Service Partner Program?
Once you submit your application, someone from our partnerships team will be in touch with you to discuss the types of services and customers you work with, and how we can partner together to support each others’ growth. If there’s strong partnership potential, both partners will enter into a Partnership Agreement and connect regularly to identify referral, co-sell and co-marketing opportunities. If it does not appear to be a good fit for a formal partnership, we still welcome you to submit a referral if you are speaking with someone who may be interested in learning more about Vitally.
What kind of support do you provide your agency partners?
Partners who are actively working with a Vitally customer or introducing Vitally to prospective customers are eligible for a sandbox account to familiarize themselves with the Vitally platform, as well as training and best practice resources. Vitally offers the same support to customers working with an agency / consultancy, and partners are welcome to join onboarding & support calls at the invitation of the customer.Vitally is always looking for great content and stories to share, and we are also happy to offer co-marketing support and distribution for ideas that we believe will resonate with customer success leaders.
