The G2 Fall 2022 Report is here, and we are celebrating!

The highly anticipated fall report from G2 is in, and what was the verdict this past season? Vitally, and how much our customers love us (which is great because we love them too)! In this report, Vitally earned six badges - including Users Love Us, Momentum Leader, and High Performer (in 4 different categories, may we add). 

Vitally has a 4.6 out of 5-star rating with over 250 reviews from CS professionals, aka our Vitally users. We also want to mention that we're scoring high in the Vitally User Ratings, including Ease of Use, Quality of Support, and Ease of Setup.

Who is G2, and why should you care?

G2 is a leading software review marketplace used by over 60 million people to leave authenticated peer reviews from software buyers and help professionals make informed decisions when researching or purchasing software for their company. 

You can think of these G2 badges as the Yelp equivalent for software companies and their products. Badges are awarded to companies with high overall customer satisfaction ratings from their customers, verified users, and other business partners. On top of that, a badge showcases the performance of a product in relation to its competitors. Honestly, it's like how you earn a gold star on your spelling test if you get 100%.

Momentum Leader for Customer Success 

Gaining a Momentum Leader badge from G2 solidifies a company’s upward trajectory in its given industry or respective space. These badges identify products that are hitting a high-growth trajectory based on user satisfaction scores, employee growth, and digital presence.
