
About This Blueprint Template
Every Vitally customer has their own unique ways of working and managing their book of business - Customer Dashboards in Account, Organization, and User 360s allow them to visualize the data they need, when they need it.
In this Blueprint, you’ll see an example of a “Command Center” Dashboard that functions as a daily to-do list and overview of important information about an account. This Dashboard is visible inside any Account 360 profile for Customer Success teams to easily manage their day-to-day without constantly searching for the information they need.
How This Blueprint Works
To get started, you’ll need to create a new Dashboard View from inside any Account 360. We’ve provided examples of Custom Widgets you can add to your own “Command Center” Dashboard to surface critical data points about a customer, including:
- Account Details
- Health
- Past & Upcoming Engagement
- Open Tasks & Projects
- Priority Notes
- Indicators
Tailor these Widgets to surface the data that’s important to you. That’s the beauty of Vitally Dashboards - they’re fully flexible and customizable.
Pro Tip: Once you’ve done the work of creating a Custom Widget showcasing all the data you want to see, save it to your Widget Library for easy re-use in future Dashboards.
