We'll put familiar CS practices and assumptions on the table — QBRs, health scores, books of business, CSPs, the CSM job function, and more. Guests vote Dead, Alive, or Evolving, then make the case for their answer.
Share your CS confessions
Everyone has a few things they think about Customer Success but probably wouldn't say on a conference stage. Guests can submit anonymous confessions, hot takes, and uncomfortable truths for the room to react to throughout dinner.
See what the future holds
During cocktails, guests can sit for a short tarot reading focused on what to leave behind, what's emerging, and what to watch next. Later in the evening, a mentalist brings the whole room together for an interactive experience around prediction, perception, and reading the signals in front of us.
